Invites
Tag Name | How used ? |
Recipient.first_name | Used as the standard Dear "To" tag. The recipients is passed from the contact to the EDM. |
Event_name | The Event name from the Event in play will be populated using this tag. |

Venue_name | The venue name for where the event will be held. |
Event_dates | The dates in which the event will be held on. |
Partners_count | The tag which will identify the number of partners invited. |
Partners_text | This will identify a recipients partners name. |
Alternate_address | Used to add a separate venue address from the facility name. Set in settings. |
Ticket_type | Used to distinguish a certain ticket type e.g members / non-members./ VIP or GA. |
Event_dates| date: "%A %e %B %Y" | Allows a specific date to be set within your EDM. "%A %e %B %Y formats the date. |
Requester.phone | The senders contact # |
Requester.email | The senders contact email. |
Dress.code | Used to set an events dress code. |
On_behalf_of_user.full_name | An invite can be sent as on behalf of someone else. This injects the Name. |
Requester.department_name | Senders department name. |
Facility_name | Venues facility like room or box. Set on the Event. |
Event_time.name | Used to set the event time and name - usually residing at the bottom of the invitation attached to an RSVP button. |
Rsvp_by_date| date: "%A, %e %B %Y" | The RSVP date (formatted) set on the event. |
