I see you are checking out our EDM area and are a relatively new user.
I just want to share some basic but critical background regarding our EDMs as I am sure it will help a lot.
Event Hub has 3 Types of essential EDMs.
Invite......Sent to invite and capture RSVPConfirmation....An EDM is sent immediately on RSVP to share the result back with the guest.Details.....A final EDM is usually sent with the tickets and might include event information for those attending - as very often in the market - tickets are NOT available at RSVP Time.
When to use {{Tags}}
2. You don't always have to use '[[tags]]' There are only 2 we suggest as essential. It normally depends on the uniqueness of the event.

3. Using Modules or special Blocks can be a very effective way of standardizing your EDMs

4. Our "standard" EDMs can be copied so you can add your own style.
Preview
5. Always preview your EDM. There are 2 opportunities to preview before Send
6, If your having trouble We ARE happy to help with Upskill building, however, we are not "graphic designers" and can only help with functional aspects like Tags and structure. If you bring a design "mock-up" to a meeting we can help build that out.
Urgent requests for a new EDM cannot be fulfilled quickly. They take time and skill. We can help but need to schedule our resources. So If you need help please plan accordingly.
