For many years the standard approach to obtain a guest list has been to send an invite.
This could also be termed a "push approach". Event Hub has created an alternative "pull approach".
Boards are a great way to share your tickets with others. Registration boards are shareable URLs that allow recipients to request tickets for themselves or on-behalf of others.
There are 4 primary use cases of our boards.
1. Staff Boards
These are URLs limited to domains like @yourcompanhy. They are, hence a great way to share your events with all your staff. You might for example embed the URL/board on a company board - requests come in based on the configuration.
2. Single User Boards
Rather than a full domain you can share URLs restricted to a single email address.
This might be to a sponsor or perhaps a department representative.
In this process, you can share allocations to a single representative of a group where the group has been allocated "some" tickets. The representative makes the requests on-behalf and based on the config as per below.
3. Group Boards
“Group” boards now allow contacts within a group - to get access to a board. This might special entitlements to a know group.
4.Public Boards..for sale.
We often see limited complementary ticketing offered - for example -2 tickets for a dinner and "guest can purchase more"......this option will enable that process. You’ll need a strioe account to use which can be added in a fe steps.
Optional settings
