Tier 4 is our standard tier and is provided by your Venue or Team (event promoter) in order to enable Ticket Collection and Food and beverage orders.

In the first instance please contact your Team or Venue for support needs.

If you do not have a contact please email support@eventhub.com.au noting the Event in question and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
