Event Hub is a comprehensive events System. The Features made available are based on your Plan (tier) level. You can view your Tier at the top right of your Portal.
Tier 4 is our standard Tier provided by your Venue or Team for ticket collection and Food and Beverage ordering.
The features below are available on upgraded plans and begin at TIER 5.0.
Events
Event Hub Supports 2 primary types of events.
Events that are automatically shared from Venues that also use EH software. We call these
connected events.
Events that you add - they might be public events or your events. We call these
business events.
