Event Hub has now updated its registration pages.

There are 3 types of registration pages available.

Configuration

All users who process a request are created as the user Role "Requestor".

They can only access the Event Board

Requestors are created as the "assigned to" ticket owner of any request.

Requests can be processed automatically to the A or the B lists.

Events and request numbers can be limited

Types of "Event Boards"

1. Single User-based URLs. (somone@company.com.au)

This is a request URL shared with and restricted to individual user's email users. Examples might be department heads or sponsors.

2. A full Domain URL (your-company.com)

This is a URL restricted by a Domain like your company's Domain - like for your STAFF.. Contact data is not shown. Partner data can be set as mandatory or optional.

3. A Selling URL. (no request restriction)

This is a URL that is public and tickets are available for sale. A request opens a checkout and leads the buyers to a gateway (STRIPE unless an agreed gateway is set up). All sales are sent to the A list, Sales are tagged as sourced "by sale"

An example use might be for extra tickets for a Dinner. Useful where you Sell and invite guests

** Sales URLs can be linked to your hospitality board.

Let support know if you'd like to set up an Event Board

** Available to Enterprise customers only

** Users can log in as normal or via SSO
