One of the very useful features of using webhooks to process orders is EH can pause and store an order that might have an error for future updates and processing.
When an order is created we fire (send) the orders data to another system (for example UBS).
The order data sent and its delivery success (or Not) is stored on the "On Behalf" tab,
Found at menu item > Inventory >> ON-behalf
You can filter where processed correctly or where there has bee an order send error. By clicking on the icon below you can view the order and the payload (data) sent to the FB system (eg Ungerboeak)
Clicking as per above opens the order and provides access to the payload (data) sent.
The payload will show where there may have been an error in the order data.
