You can add any Link (made public) to any EDM - via a button or a linked line of text.

Whether this is allowed by your own company's policies will need to be clarified at your end.

The link might be any number of file types including PDF, Excel, or a word doc.

Some companies may also block URLs on their side to stop Phishing unless the sending domain is white-labeled.
