A quick check list for Tickets build

Prior Set Up

  1. SET owners to all assets via sales, file load, allocation or manually

Work Flow page

  1. ADD the event Agenda data.

  2. A ticketing template is created either for all Assets or Per Sales group. This could be set for a full season or by game. These have been ADDED to the workflow set-up.

  3. You can COPY from past events with ONE click.

Ticketing Page

  1. GENERATE barcodes by Asset / by Asset Type

  2. CREATE Tickets by Asset / by Asset Type

  3. PREVIEW a few of the tickets to make sure the design is as expected and data like Agenda has been completed.

  4. If you find any missing data or change in design needed - do that and then simply RECREATE.

Final Steps

  1. Your tickets should be created. Check the green Tickets Icon to check any ticket.

  2. RELEASE as required / Send or NOTIFY to portal users. Email to any Non-portal users.

Once barcodes are created they need to be exported and sent/emailed to the Gate manager (Ticketek or Ticket Master).

This applies to Venues ONLY not HIRERS

HIRERS COPY the Barcodes from the Venue - they do not create

  • This can be done by event or for many Events.

  • We are very keen to progress barcode automation - outbound and inbound.
