What is the purpose of each field on the workflow page?

The workflow page is set vertically so the setup for past events can be easily seen on subsequent events. Here is some information for each of the fields,

It's suggested to look back at past events to see the settings made if there is any confusion. Of course, we are happy to help build the first few events to seed the early reference events.

Event data section

The Event Hirer will be shown here where the Tenant (company using) is a venue - ONLY - but not where the Tenant is a team. if the event is promoted by a Hirer select that Hirer.

This will determine where barcodes and catering data are shared - based on Hirer Allocations. This is a critical setting.
