Tickets don't build
Event Hub supports generating your barcodes and tickets. Check the following if you have trouble;
To successfully generate a ticket with an asset or barcode, a Ticket Template must exist for the corresponding sales group.
You can find the Sales group for any asset on the ticketing page when clicking on the "i".
The templates are set per Sales group on the workflow page in the ticketing sections.
Tickets are slow to build
If tickets are ready to build - it's better to wait than to "click click click". This will make things worse. Try building by each sales group.
