When you send EDMs often they are users of MS Outlook. It's quite possible Outlook will render them badly and not as expected. This is a known issue and not much Event Hub can do about it other than.
We have created a single and double button here for the RSVP process - that should render (display) as expected and saved them in the Module area of the EDM editor. If you see the above issue drag and drop these buttons into your EDM.
** Change the color to required after you have added them to your EDM.
