Introduction
As VNSW utilizes Event Hub-created tickets, portal users are now able to share these tickets directly in-app with their guests. Here is how to utilize this new feature.
Go to the guest page by clicking Manage Guests;
Click add guest;
The data needed to share tickets
Add Guest data for sending;
first name
last name
email address
Ticket Number
TIP: Update how many tickets they will be sent.TIP: Update how many tickets they will be sent.
Lets Send!
Click Send Tickets;
TIP: Send will only appear when tickets are released from the Venue
A record of tickets sent is shown in 2 locations.
