Event Hub change of Pricing Model

Event Hub has not changed its pricing for over 5 years and during that period has continued to add new features and improve our product (Approx. $3M spent in this period).

As of July. 1, 2023 Event Hub will change the way new features become available. Current pricing will remain the same.


In our commercial model (Connect) The following NEW features will be available to Full Enterprise - "FE" - customers only.

FLOW

  • Flow by Cycle TAG

  • Flow by Customer tag

  • Flow Auto-(Host)-fee-added to order,

  • Flow-Auto-late-fee added to the order

  • Asset-Flow resell

  • Secondary Flow/gateway (planned firstly for Merch sales) (SEP 23)

TICKETING.

  • Ticketing downloaded activity view.

  • Portal Users can share tickets direct with Guests (Tier 4)

  • Merge Parking PDF / ANY PDF to attendance PDF for single Send ( can only be performed with EH PDF tickets)

  • Reserved Seating Layout Planner

  • Automated in-ticket surveys - EH tickets only

  • Agency Model. (JUNE 23)

ADMINISTRATION

  • Automation Tiles (including Order reminders) (more To come)

  • Dashboards - Sales and Orders

  • Sales Aggregation (Seasonal)

  • EDM "human" resource support

  • SSO - O365/AD (JULY 23)

  • Automated EDM surveys (coming August 23)

OTHER

  • VIP model Full Enterprise (Basic VIP remains available)

In order to obtain Full Enterprise Status > a Team or Venue will need to also utilize our ticketing OR Sales Modules (at 'fair play' volumes).

Q. Can a Team or Venue pay a higher single license fee instead of the above approach?

Eventhub will retain the discretion to accept higher prices for these features, however, we note it is not our preferred {future} approach;

  1. EH believes the current industry approach results in "splintered revenues" and therefore underinvestment by competing services. This has resulted in poor, disconnected tools and complex in-efficient processes found throughout the industry. Data is often handballed across processes and teams, Cloud computing allows frictionless sharing of data. Event Hub is keen to utilize and unlock these cloud benefits.

  2. This approach increases system costs due to the ongoing nature of more complex support and maintenance costs of nonstandard and unique operating landscapes.


Q. How will this be rolled out?

The features above will become available in our app but not enabled for non-FE tenants (customers). We don't expect or intend any impact on current standard BAU processes.

If you believe there will be impacts to your current BAU processes please let us know ASAP. We will always provide time** for a change to your internal processes so that there is no customer impact from changes to our feature availability.
