What to do if you have a portal login issue.

If you find you cannot log in to the Event Hub portal please check the following;


You cannot log in

  1. Your logging in here https://client.eventhub.com.au/

  2. You're using the same email address given to the Team or venue that is promoting the Event.

You don't receive your Reset Email.

  1. Check your SPAM folder

  2. Make sure your Locat IT fire-wall does not block @eventhub.com,au

  3. You're using the same email address given to the Team or venue that is promoting the Event.

  4. It's easy to send a reset...anyone can trigger a RESET here...https://client.eventhub.com.au/forgot_password

    Often customers add a space to the user name - please make sure he right email is used


You can log in but see a white page.

  1. You're using the same email address given to the Team or venue that is promoting the Event.

  2. Make sure the venue or team promoting the Event has released the Event in question.

  3. You have a clean cache as explained here

If you don't see your tickets

  1. check with the venue or team the Tickets have been released

  2. make sure the account you are logging in with is the account provided as the owner of your account.

Remember as a work around, if for example, local security settings need to be changed, Tickets can be sent (or downloaded) and catering can be made on "behalf"....with out portal access "admin-side"
