Event Hub's (VIP) Tiers Explained

Event Hub has paid and unpaid plans

Updated this week

Event Hub - our VIP model or venue "portal" - has both paid and unpaid tier plans. The VIP model (also known as Stream) is an extension of and is a downstream application receiving data from our TEAMS and VENUE application.

โ€‹The VIP system can work independently OR enable automation between Team and Venue Events.

Standard Venue Sponsored Tiers.

TIER 4.0

This is our most standard tier and is provided to every account where you own an asset at a Venue using Event Hub Software.. In the T3 portal, you will be able to

  1. place your catering order,

  2. process any data request, or

  3. download your tickets as a zip file

Tier 4 is part of our venue or team agreement and will never require further payment from the asset owner.

Tier 4 will allow a maximum of 5 assets only. A greater number of assets indicates a usage outside our T&Cs and indicates, more commercial use than the general sharing of an asset purchased. We have tested our data History and 5 assets per event is found to be a reasonable limit.

Paid Plans

TIER 4.1

Tier 4 is an extension of Tier 3 above where our application also allows ticket sharing using the Event Hub email system. This is now available when the venue or team uses EH-generated Barcodes/ticketing.
โ€‹
As this process may require real-time cancellation and void of the tickets we cannot offer this feature where non-EH ticketing is used. It's also hoped that the extra revenue EH obtains from issuing barcodes can be returned back into value add features like this.

You'll see your current tier in the top right corner of the portal.

What if I know my company has a paid account but my current Venue Portal tier is still tier 4?

Often Companies head office may manage the paid account with Event Hub If this is the case and you don't see your Venue portal on the right Tier let us know via emailing support@eventhub.com.au

We link the child accounts with the Parent "Head Office" account in a few minutes and all the Features available on the super account will become available.
