Facilities Master Data

Facilities or your assets encompass the data needed for all venues assets.
The master data for facilities is used in our selling system, ownership, and ticketing.

Facilities can be added individually, by spreadsheet load, and via our API.

Our column headers include:

("M" = Mandatory)
("R" = recommended)

Name..... Text Name. M

Type....... Asset Type, Suite, Box, room, Seat. M

Sale Group.....Sub Group - eg "outDoor box as opposed to Indoor Box". R

Foreign Id: ...Used to Link The Event Hub system to other Software systems

Ticket Code:...Code uses to link EH assets to Ticketek Assets

Section:.... Standard Ticket Location data. R

Row:..... Standard Ticket Location data. R

Seat:..... Standard Ticket Location data. R

Capacity: ... Capacity refers to the TOTAL AMOUNT of seats available. M

Price Type:... To be deprecated. NO longer used.

Food Drink Service Point:: Location data - used on ticketing or Maps

Best Entry: Location data - used on ticketing or Maps. R

Best Entry Internal: Location data - used on ticketing or Maps

Level: Location data - used on ticketing or Maps

Stand: Location data - used on ticketing or Maps

WATCH OUT

Please note capacity of the asset should be the true and maximum capacity. The actual released or on sale is managed on the sales system and ticketing systems and none as required.

Capacity for suites and boxes will be > 1......Normally 8, 12, or perhaps 20
Capacity for seats will and must always be ONE (1).
