4 | Technical Interview | Technical Interview(s) are conducted and shortlisted candidates (up to 3 for 1 position) are recommended to HR Management sequence of their priority/interview(s) scores. | Line Manager |
5 | Background Check | HR Management performs detailed background check for the shortlisted candidates starting from the most suitable.
Background Check includes verification for any educational background, experience and criminal record validation. | HR Management |
6 | Offer Letter | If candidate clears all background checks, a formal offer letter is issued in his name. | HR Management |
7 | Accept Offer Letter | Candidate accepts the offer and informs about his expected date of joining.
In case, candidate doesn’t accept the offer within given timeframe or rejects the offer. Next shortlisted candidate should be given an offer. | Candidate |
8 | Onboarding and Joining | Before his expected date of joining, candidate contacts with HR and inquire about his job location and Point of Contact(POC) details. He engages with HR and they help him with the formal onboarding process. | HR Management |
