Email is tracked in Event Hub

Every email that goes out from the Event Hub app is being tracked to:

  1. The email was sent

  2. Confirmation of delivery to the recipient's Server.

  3. If the email has been viewed/opened

  4. If the recipient clicked a link from the EDM.

It should be noted that viewing or opening email is now often blocked by Mail servers for privacy reasons. (Example Apple mail)

As a consequence, EH began tracking option 2 - confirmation of delivery to the recipient's server. This indicates whether the mail at least got the recipient's mail system

You can view this information from any event on the Manage Guest List where emails have been sent to guests.
