EDMs can be very complex - that's largely due to Microsoft and the way it displays EDM in OUTLOOK.
You may notice they work fine in HTML rendering systems like (GMAIL and APPLE MAIL)
Outlook renders (displays) in MS Word and this can cause many issues and its why there are many EDM experts who charge very high rates to solve OUTLOOK issues
Event Hub cannot be accountable for the nuances of how MS systems work. We have however done the following to help here;
Provided a set of start-up EDMS that are OutLook Hardened
Strongly suggest you start with working templates and make minor changes
Access some skills from your Marketing team to help. They should be very familiar with these issues.

Our EDM builder works well in modern HTML browsers like GMAIL. If it previews well in our app these mail clients will work well.

It may not work well in newer versions of Outlook and certainly won't work well in older versions of Outlook. This is a common issue across all ESP engines (email systems).
Now if you believe you must have a 100% accurate eDM across all Outlook versions. I would;

Engage a specialist to build from the start your template - this can be anywhere from $400-$2000 AUD per template. Event Hub has access to one expert who is very stretched - but many agencies offer this service.
