New features for "Selling"

Event Packs


You can now sell Event Packs - in the sales Item you can select events for the "pack."

Stock will need to be available for each event in order to be purchased.

Multi Venue Selling

If you have facilities (and sales groups) across many venues.

You can now add "Choose the venue prior" to the product page being shown.

This wil show products only for that venue

VIP Selling

Single Event Selling will be available in the VIP (portal system) at the end of January - We will highly recommend single events are sold this way in future. Sales will appear in your guest list and for example you will be able to offer "X comp ++ buy more" much more easily

Whats Next?


The above will be our final major improvements for Commercial Selling via the Event Hub UI. We do believe a better approach is to provide "dynamic deep" URLS like


mycompanysaleurl? Event = (X)& product = (Y) ?

Check-Out-Only=TRUE

You'll be able to embed or use these in your websites and a click will take your customer direct to the Checkout. Your website will add Event ID && (perhaps) product ID.


You manage your "tribe" and traffic and EH managing "transactional execution" via our inventory system is - we believe - the best, most modern and flexible approach.
