Here is a list of common items to check

  1. What is the email address the user is logging in with? check that the user has the correct email address added to the account they should be accessing
    be sure to check for spelling errors
  2. Is there any ownership setup for the account for the event/events in question?
  3. Is the event status set to open?
  4. Is the orders close date still open?
  5. Are there tickets released to the account?
  6. Does this user have accounts with other Event Hub Connected Venues/Hirers? If yes, they can switch between their venue accounts using the switch accounts option in the navigation - ask them to switch (see example below)
