With your event drawing near, sending a reminder with additional event details such as a location map, tickets, speaker bio's is a great way to increase guest attendance.

In this article, we will show how you can send event details (similar to sending an invite) to multiple attending guest at once.

Step 1.

From [MANAGE GUEST LIST], select your event.

Step 2.

Click [Actions] on the event panel, select [Send Multiple Event Details].

Step 3.

Select a template to use.

Step 4.

Click [Customise] if needed, to modify sending details.

Step 5.

The fields on the left can be customised. To save any changes made, click [Update].

Step 6.

Click [Apply to All] to reflect changes made (if any) to all guests.

Step 7.

Select [Next >] to move to the next step.

Step 8.

Click [Preview Selection] to see how the event details will look when sent to guests. This step is very important and should not be skipped.

If email cannot be previewed, please contact us immediately. 

Step 9.

Click [Close] to exit preview.

Click [Next >].

Step 11.

Finally, the last step, click [Send].


The notification status for details sent is now checked.
