Its inevitable that not all your invitees will be able to attend your event and you'd like to re-issue the seat to another guest. This article details how to do this.

Step 1.

From [GUEST MANAGEMENT], expand the Event Name panel for the desired event to display guest status.

Step 2.

Select the guest who has declined, or hasn't responded and click [More] dropdown menu and select [Cancel].

TIP: You cannot cancel a ticket where
the guest has accepted the invitation.

Step 3.

Click [OK] to confirm the ticket cancellation. You'll see a pop-up message to confirm cancellation has occurred.

Outcome

The total available tickets will be updated to reflect the cancelled tickets. You will also identify  cancelled guests with the [Cancelled] label.
