As your event draws near, sending a reminder with additional event details such as a location map, tickets, speaker bio's is a great way to increase guest attendance.

In this article, we will show how you can send event details (similar to sending an invite) to an attending guest.

TIP: You can only email details once
to each guest who has RSVP'd or
at to multiple guests at once after
the scheduled RSVP cut off date.

Step 1.

From [MANAGE GUEST LIST], select your event.

Step 2.

Click anywhere on the event panel to expand to open the guest list.

Step 3.

Search for the guest to whom event details will be sent. Click [More] and choose [Send Event Details].

TIP: Send Event Details will
only be displayed for guests
who are attending.

Step 4.

Select a template to use.

Step 5.

Click [Customise] if needed to modify sending details.

Step 6.

Customise the Detail email by modifying the options on the left if needed. 

Click [Preview] to see how the event details will look when sent to guests.

Step 7.

Click [Close] to exit preview. For additional help on EDM variable tags please see our article 'What is an EDM?'

Step 8.

Click [Update] to save any changes made on [Customise] window.

Step 9.

Select [Next >] to move to the next step.

Step 10.

Final check on the recipient's details, then click [Next >].

Step 11.

And the last step, click [Send] and your event details email is on its way to your guest.


The notification status for details sent is now checked.
